The Equality Unit of the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Food of the Government of Aragon launched the digital platform ‘Rural Women, Connected to Grow’, an initiative that is now available to all women who live and develop their personal and professional lives in rural Aragon. Its purpose is clear: to raise awareness, inform and accompany, offering digital tools, support resources and an active community.

An accessible platform designed to connect
The website and Telegram channel linked to the campaign serve as meeting points where women can share experiences, access useful information, learn about available resources, and become part of a network that seeks the same things they do: to grow, learn, and have their own voice in the region.
Audiovisual design and emotional message
At Socio.Studio, we joined the project by developing the central animated piece, designed specifically to act as a gateway to the digital platform. We knew that this piece not only had to be visually appealing, but above all clear, relatable and emotional. It had to connect with women from diverse backgrounds, convey values such as community, growth and autonomy, and do so in a direct and human way.

Designing for social impact: communicating to transform
This project reminds us why we should trust design as a tool for social impact. It is not just about communicating, but about connecting; about creating a visual language that makes visible what has often been silenced.
Today, the platform is up and running. It is now available to all rural women in Aragón who want to be part of this space for learning, support and community. And if anything inspires us deeply, it is the thought that, thanks to design, communication and creativity, initiatives like this can reach further, bring together more voices and open more doors.
