PRIVACY POLICY
This Policy has been developed taking into account the provisions of the current regulations on data protection: the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the movement of such data, (hereinafter RGPD); and the Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter LOPDGDD).
This Privacy Policy aims to bring to the attention of the holders of personal data, in respect of which information is being collected, the specific aspects relating to the processing of their data, among other things, the purposes of the processing, the contact details to exercise their rights, the periods of conservation of the information and the security measures among other things.

Data processing
The personal data requested, if any, will consist only of those strictly necessary to identify and respond to the request made by the owner of the same, hereinafter the interested party. Such information will be treated in a loyal, lawful and transparent manner in relation to the interested party. On the other hand, personal data will be collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and will not be further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes.
The data collected from each data subject will be adequate, pertinent and not excessive in relation to the corresponding purposes for each case, and will be updated whenever necessary.
The owner of the data will be informed, prior to the collection of their data, of the general points regulated in this policy so that they can provide express, precise and unequivocal consent for the processing of their data, if necessary and in accordance with the following aspects.
Purposes of processing.
The explicit purposes for which each of the processing operations are carried out are set out in the informative clauses included in each of the data collection methods (web forms, paper forms, contracts, posters, etc.).
However, in general, the purpose of data collection and processing is:
- The maintenance of the contractual relationship established between the owner of the data and SOCIO STUDIO.
- The execution, maintenance and management of any relationship between SOCIO STUDIO and the Data Owner: commercial, administrative, accounting, labor, marketing, and any other service provision requested to SOCIO STUDIO by the Data Owner.

- The sending of advertising and promotional information related to SOCIO STUDIO's own products and services, provided that you have given your consent or there is a previous commercial/contractual relationship and it refers to the sending of commercial communications concerning products or services similar to those that were initially contracted with the client (article 21.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, of Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce).
In no case will they be used for purposes other than those for which they were collected.
Legitimacy
As a general rule, prior to the processing of personal data, SOCIO STUDIO obtains the unambiguous consent of the data subject by incorporating informed consent clauses in the different information collection systems.
However, in the event that the consent of the data subject is not required, the legitimate basis for the processing on which SOCIO STUDIO relies is the execution of the established contractual relationship or the application at the request of the data subject of pre-contractual measures, our legitimate interest in the development of our activities, in the case of commercial promotion and prospecting, or compliance with a law authorizing or requiring the processing of the data subject's data.
If your consent has been requested for any of the processing that we will carry out (such as sending information about products and services) we inform you that you can withdraw it at any time.
Recipients
As a general rule, SOCIO STUDIO will not disclose your personal data to any third party, unless the Data Controller has given his consent to this effect, when the transfer is authorized by law or in the cases of entities with which we have a relationship and under contracts of data processors concluded with them (Article 28 RGPD).

No international transfer of data is foreseen.
Conservation periods
The information collected from the interested party will be kept as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the personal data were collected, so that, once the purpose has been fulfilled, the data will be cancelled. Such cancellation will result in the blocking of the data being kept only at the disposal of the AAPP, Judges and Courts, to meet the possible liabilities arising from the treatment, during the period of limitation of these, fulfilled the said period will proceed to the destruction of the information.

Interested parties' rights.
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not SOCIO STUDIO is processing personal data concerning them.
Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In certain circumstances, interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. In this case, SOCIO STUDIO will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
